Teachers´ Reflective Experience Through Classroom Video Observation

<p style="text-align: justify;">During the pandemic, online classes were held around world, which facilitated access to observe teaching practices. This is a relevant experience, since there are few reflective instances in schools, even though public education policy emphasizes practice professional development of teachers. In this regard, observation videos shows high potential, helping problematize and analyze teaching. research sought describe functions experience classroom video with approach teachers from four educational schools city Concepción, Chile. The was interpretative, an instrumental case study design, nine participants, selected by maximum variation sampling safeguarding ethical criteria. In-depth interviews conducted subjected content analysis. results showed three observation, one two others approach. addition, recognized as that facilitates reconsidering performance, renewing practices, developing habits; also, facilitating hindering elements found observation. It concluded could improve professionalize teaching, based on awareness understanding practice.</p>
